Privacy

UploadBeat does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The site collects only what is necessary to deliver content, handle contact forms, and maintain security.

When you submit a message through the contact form, we receive your email address and whatever details you include in the body of the message. That information is stored in our email system and used solely to reply to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.

Technical logs, IP addresses, browser types, page requests, may be kept briefly for security monitoring and performance diagnostics. These logs are not linked to individual identities and are typically rotated out after a few weeks. They help us spot unusual traffic patterns and fix broken links.

UploadBeat does not use third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels. There are no social media widgets that phone home to other companies. The site may use a self-hosted analytics tool to count page views and measure load times, but that data stays on our servers and is never sold.

Cookies, if present, are limited to session management and preference storage, language choice, for example. No persistent tracking cookies are set. You can browse the site with cookies disabled and lose only minor convenience features.

If you link to UploadBeat from another site or share an article URL, we see the referrer in our server logs. That tells us which topics are being discussed elsewhere, but it does not tell us who you are. Referrer data is aggregated and anonymized before any analysis.

We do not collect payment information because we do not sell anything. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, no paywalls. You read, you leave, and we forget you were here.

If privacy laws in your jurisdiction require data deletion or access, contact us at editorial@uploadbeat.me with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by law, though in most cases there is little personal data to retrieve or delete.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in site functionality or legal requirements. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revision date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about data handling, log retention, or third-party services can be directed to the contact address. We will answer clearly and without legal jargon.
